As a board-certified licensed optician with a decade of licensure and 14 years in the field, my journey in eyewear has been nothing short of fulfilling, and I'm excited to share my passion and expertise with you.
A Journey of Dedication and Excellence
Graduating top of my class and serving as class president, I started a career that took me from administration to management roles to owning my own optical store right here in West Palm Beach FL . I've worked for big corporations like Sam's Club, Walmart, Stanton Optical, and MyEyeDr. However, it was my time at the VA, where I spent the majority of my career, that truly ignited my passion to help others. These experiences made me realize what was missing in the field: true personalized service. I wanted to create an environment where clients don't have to explain themselves repeatedly during the same visit. With years of expertise in proper fitting and adjustments, I've also worked in labs producing lenses. I can handle extensive repairs and often salvage your favorite or sentimental pair of glasses. One of my proudest achievements is having a loyal group of clients who follow me wherever I go, a testament to the trust and relationships I've built over the years.

My love for eyewear comes from the joy I feel when clients try on their new glasses and see the world in a whole new light. It's that dopamine rush when everything becomes clearer and brighter. These independent eyewear lines offer fantastic fashion choices for both men and women, with great sizing and compelling brand stories. A Success Story Close to My Heart
One of my favorite client success stories since opening The Optical Experience, involves a family of seven. I was able to schedule all the children on the same day with convenience of moms schedule, and then the parents separately for a relaxing fitting. The parents opted for our "Bestie See Me Better" package, which included glasses, the exam, and wine during the eyewear selection process! They also received pictures emailed to them, capturing memories of their personalized fittings and time spent together alone. Something parents don’t get to often! The husband, who wasn't present for the children's appointments, was amazed by our thorough telehealth process and one-to-one fitting. He said he felt "rich" having such a personalized service, and that melted my heart. It's responses like these that fuel my passion for what I do.
