No problem! Upload your medical card and any other relevant information, and we’ll do our best to locate your vision plan. If we’re unable to find it with the provided details, we’ll reach out to you.

If I have insurance, do I get my glasses as fast as self-pay?
At The Optical Experience, vision plans do not slow down our process! Your glasses will be ready just as quickly as they would be for self-pay clients.

What if my insurance isn’t listed?
If your insurance isn’t listed above, we can still see you as a self-pay client. Contact us for affordable pricing options.

How will I know if my appointment is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email within 12 hours of booking.

What happens if I have out-of-network materials?
You’ll receive an automatic 25% discount on retail pricing at the time of sale, plus we’ll handle the claim filing to ensure you get reimbursed.
